Lowbed trailer base plate 7/8 mm diamond plate and wood, gooseneck reinforced with special alloy steel, Chassis is made of “Domex700” material.
CHASSIS It is manufactured from high-strength steel with “I” cross-section and welded construction with gas welding machines in accordance with the intended use and carrying capacity of the Lowbed Trailer, taking into account overloads.

PLATFORM HEIGHT: Lowbet Trailer is determined according to the purpose of transportation. It is generally between 900 mm - 1050 mm.

PLATFORM MATERIAL: The middle front part of the platform top of the lowbed trailer is covered with 3/4 sheet metal, the rear middle part is 8 mm (bucket placement sheet) with travertine support, and the wheel tops are covered with 8 mm sheet metal. KTM (Rubber Base Material) is used as standard on the sides with pallet contact areas.
SHEET METAL USED : Completely made of Ereğli Demir Çelik and St37 and St52 quality.
PAINT: After all surfaces are completely deburred and cleaned with chemical liquids, two coats of paint are applied on epoxy primer.
