Dumpers are widely used especially in the construction and building sector. They are preferred because the body part is suitable for transporting sand, heavy construction materials, etc.
Dumpers are used for rock and stone transportation. Width is 2550 mm, length is 6700 mm - 8000 mm.
Rear cover can be made mechanically and optionally fully automatic.
Dumper movement is realized by a 5-stage heavy type telescopic cylinder providing 45° tilting angle. Hydraulic oil tank with suction filter, damper pneumatic control, double speed lowering valve and limit control safety. Hydraulic connection between trailer and tractor is provided with 2 sockets.
The base plate is 4-5 mm thick and if desired, the resistance time can be increased with Hardo./400 steel sheet.

SIDE WALLS : 160-180 cm high, made of al quality sheet metal, hooks are made flat and side wall thickness varies between 5 and 10 mm.

DAMPER BASE FRAME: It is made of 160 NPU and double closure. Base gratings are optionally assembled with automatic gas metal arc welding machines using 8O NPI in dense or sparse form. The base sheet is 4-5 mm thick and if desired, the resistance time can be increased with Hardo./400 steel sheet.
REAR AXIS SHAFT: 0100 mm and St 60 quality and bushings are bronze plated.
TELESCOPIC CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC COMPONENTS: Specifications and number of telescopic hydraulic lifts: It is determined in the most appropriate way based on the length and working conditions of the tipper. Heavy duty brand cylinder of our own production is installed. Dumper Pneumatic Controlled, double speed lowering valve. Damper gearbox and pump are coupled type with limit control safety valve. Air and hydraulic hoses and fittings used comply with EU standards.
USED SHEET METAL : It is completely made of Ereğli Iron and Steel and has St37 and St52 quality.
PAINT: After all surfaces are completely deburred and cleaned with chemical liquids, two coats of paint are applied on epoxy primer.
CHASSIS: The chassis is made of high-strength steel with “I” cross-section and the strength is ensured by automatic gas metal arc welding machines, taking into account the difficult terrain conditions and overload.
AIR SUSPENSION: Height adjustment system with lowering and lifting. Supported by Z scissors and suspension bellows.
FRONT AXLE LIFT: Front axle lifting and lowering system located inside the cab.
TIRES: 6+1 tubeless tires with 385/65 R22.5 size.
FOOT: Double speed mechanical leg with 24 tons carrying capacity each.
BRAKE: The brake components used are in EU Standards and designed from WABC0 brand products.
AIR HARDWARE: The air required for air suspension, front axle lift, brake circuit and ABS circuit is used from the air tank. The hoses used in this installation are polyamide and resistant to air pressure.
