Dumpers are widely used especially in the construction and building sector. They are preferred because the body part is suitable for transporting sand, heavy construction materials, etc.

On-vehicle dumper: It is a preferred type for road construction and excavation works. Width is 2550 mm and length is 5000 - 6500 mm.

Side covers can be made of wood, imported MDF, sheet metal or special alloy aluminum. Cover dimensions and number are made according to request. The back cover has a damper system and can be opened in 3 types.

Base frame is made of 160 NPU and double closure is made. Base gratings are assembled with automatic gas metal arc welding machines using 8O NPI in dense or sparse form depending on demand.

The base sheet is 4-5 mm thick and if desired, the resistance time can be increased with Hardo./400 steel sheet.

TOP STRUCTURE: 9.000 mm -13.600 mm front straight line, 2440 mm inside and 2550 mm outside width, 4 - 5 doors on the sides. The doors are externally connected and the height is 800mm-900mm. The base will be covered with a row of sheet metal and a row of wood. There are press pressed “Z” sleepers placed at certain intervals on the base.

ADDITIONS: Height size and number can be changed in accordance with the height of the case. Add-ons are removable and hinged.

DAMPER BASE CHASSIS: It is made of 160 NPU and double closure. Base gratings are assembled with automatic gas metal arc welding machines using 8O NPI in dense or sparse form depending on demand. REAR AXIS SHAFT: 0100 mm and St 60 quality and bushings are bronze plated.

AXLE: 3 axles with a capacity of 12 tons are used. There are brake pads and heavy duty brake levers in accordance with TSE norms.

SHEET METAL USED : It is completely made of Ereğli Iron and Steel and has St37 and St52 quality.

PAINT: After all surfaces are completely deburred and cleaned with chemical liquids, two coats of paint are applied on epoxy primer.

CHASSIS The chassis is made of high-strength steel with “I” cross-section and the strength is ensured by automatic gas metal arc welding machines, taking into account the difficult terrain conditions and overload.

AIR SUSPENSION: Height adjustment system with lowering and lifting. Supported by Z scissors and suspension bellows.

TIRES: 6+1 tubeless tires with 385/65 R22.5 size.

FOOT: Double speed mechanical leg with 24 tons carrying capacity each.

BRAKE: The brake components used are in EU Standards and designed from WABC0 brand products.

AIR HARDWARE: The air required for air suspension, front axle lift, brake circuit and ABS circuit is used from the air tank. The hoses used in this installation are polyamide and resistant to air pressure.
